1. Who we are

epk.show is a service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], tax ID [TAX ID], registered at [ADDRESS] (“epk.show”). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The service

epk.show turns an artist’s dossier into a dynamic EPK and adds contracting intelligence: tracked links (“sends”) that show who opened a proposal and with what interest. The service targets industry professionals (agencies and artists); it is not a consumer product.

3. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for the activity carried out with it.
You must hold the rights to upload and share the content you publish (images, bios, riders, trademarks).
You may only enter contact data for which a legitimate basis of professional communication exists. As controller of that data, the obligations of the DPA bind you.
You may not use the service for spam, unlawful content, impersonation or infringing third-party rights.

4. Subscription, pricing and taxes

The service is provided via a paid subscription handled by Stripe. The trial requires no card; when it ends without a subscription, the account switches to read-only mode (links you already shared keep working).
Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your tax status and location.
Invoices, charges and refunds are handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription from the customer portal.

5. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel the subscription or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion is real and permanent after a 30-day grace period, per the privacy policy.

6. Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service. The epk.show software, brand and design belong to their owner.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, with reasonable availability but no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, epk.show is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits; our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means; continued use of the service implies acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], submitting to its courts, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
